cold symptoms relief
What is the best way to alleviate allergy symptoms (watery eyes, runny nose, clogged ears, sneezing)?

I have been taking loratadine 10 mg and Tylenol severe sinus congestion with no relief. I am still going with the idea that it’s an allergy rather than a cold because my mucus is clear and I’m sneezing a lot. I have a trip in two weeks and want this gone!!

You’ve got to get to the source. Do you have a pet or carpeting? Do you encase your mattress and pillow ? Do you keep flowers in the house?

It could also be an allergy to your detergent. Every night you’re putting your head on a pillow case that has been washed in a detergent. Wash your sheets a few times in hot water with no detergent, and if you use a commercial detergent, use a tablespoon at most. Also, NEVER USE DRYER SHEETS!!

Vacuum your upholstery. Wash your curtains and wipe off your blinds with a paper towel and water. Vacuum the books on your bookshelf. Go over your furniture with a paper towel that has had some water sprinkled on it. DON’T USE A CLEANER!!

What are you putting on your skin and scalp? Did you just start using a new shampoo? Switch to something very mild.

There is something in your house, and you just have to find it.
