swine flu recovery times
What’s wrong with me??? Help!!!?

So on tuesday I came home ill with a very nasty headache, then that night I was sick a few times. The next day I was recovering well, then by the thursday I had a cough and a nasty sore throat. By Friday morning I lost my voice and was feeling so ill for most of the day with a dry cough. Then last night my symptoms seemed to have disapearred almost. But then today I woke up with a sore throat but my voice back…I am improving…had paracetamol, hot lemon drink, soothers..strepsils…..I’m going out tonight so am keeping shush so my voice is okish….I was worried I might have caught swine flu or legingitis??? Anyone have any tips to help recovery????

I’m sure it’s just the flu. There is no need to be alarmed about swine flu, as in most cases it is indistinguishable (to the casual observer/victim!) from the seasonal flu. If you are improving there is no need to be overly concerned – most flus run their course of about 5 to 10 days before you feel healthy again. Just drink plenty of fluids and have a bit of bed rest and you will be tip top in no time.
