Do I have the symptoms of HIV?

Latley I have been getting ill alot more than i usually do having things such as colds alot and feeling tired, i think there could be something wrong with my immune system which could indicate that i have HIV however my partner is not HIV postive, however i have been stressed alot lately with freinds, family, college work and university for spetember. Im not sure what is making me feeling ill constantly.
