I am having swine flu symptoms-should I get checked?

So for the past 3 days or so I have had a really bad cough, nausea, body aches, head aches, stuffy/runny nose and junk in my lungs. Those appeared after a sore throat and extreme exhaustion. I have had every symptom of swine flu EXCEPT the high fever though I have had a fever, just not that high. It could be allergies or a cold. Should I get checked?
