Did anyone have cold symptoms before you went into labor? If not, what symptoms did you have?

What were your experiences? My husband says that he has this nagging feeling that I will deliver within 2 weeks, why I don’t know. My mom says that it doesn’t look like I have dropped,but this is my third pregnancy, and he was always low to begin with, I felt him drop last week though. Any help would be great!
Well, I ask because I am 33 weeks pregnant, for the past week, I felt the baby drop. Anyways, on and off, I will feel menstrual cramping,and today during my ultrasound, the technician said that the baby’s head looks to be engaged in the cervix. Also, out of nowhere this evening, I have started to feel like I have a cold. My nose is stuffy and running, I feel nauseated on and off, and for the past week or so, everytime I have a BM, it’s really soft. Is it me, or could it be time?

With two of three babies, I had symptoms of the flu. I was exhausted, felt somewhat nauseous and had that *sick* feeling. It usually started about a week or so before having the baby.

You can relate to this since this is your third pregnancy, but isn’t it funny how each pregnancy can be so different? I thought by the time I had my third baby I would know exactly what I would feel, etc, but you know my third pregnancy and labor was just as new as my first!

It could very well be your body getting ready for the baby! I know my third was a month early and I was shocked because I had not been that early with the other two, but keep in mind your body has done this before and maybe baby is just ready to come soon!
